Strategic Plan Susquehanna has embarked on a journey to improve its programs and enrich its community with a strategic mission intended to move the institution from good to great. Toward that end the administration, faculty and trustees of Susquehanna University have developed a strategic plan focused upon two broad commitments: achieving greater intellectual engagement and strengthening the Susquehanna University community. Our graduates are living the university's core mission by leading "productive, creative and reflective lives of achievement, leadership and service in a diverse and interconnected world." But in an increasingly competitive marketplace, it is critical to provide compelling evidence of our mission's relevance and our ability to deliver on it. We will do this by strengthening connections between people, connections with knowledge, and connections to communities both local and global. More specifically, we aim to:
